Well, this guy is one step ahead of us. He’s decided to try smoking some eggs, and he walks us through the process. He found a number of methods online, and he’s going to try a few of them. One of them involves a vinegar bath, while another just requires a quick rinse. It looks a little involved, but it seems like it’s well-worth the effort.
